Industrial parts washing
Greases, oils and waxes left over from stamping have to come off before plating, coating or passivation will work. MFI runs four cleaning methods and selects the least expensive one that meets the cleanliness requirement.
Parts cleaning removes the greases, oils and waxes left behind by forming and machining. It is usually a preparation step rather than the finished job: it lets plating adhere, lets passivation work, and lets an assembly line handle the parts. The method is matched to the soil and the volume so that work does not go through a more expensive line than it needs.
