It is more than just buying a piece of equipment, often times it requires integration with machines up and down stream to maximize the efficiency and production of your products, and at Mechanical Finishing we will provide the best solutions to meet these needs.
In our Job Shop we use equipment from manufacturers such as Almco, Sweco, Vibetech, Graviflo, Nicem, Hammond Roto-Finish, Vibra Finish, Neiderberger, Time Saver, AEM, and Rosler. Abrasive Blasting equipment form Wheelabrator, Pangborn, Trinco, Zero, Jet Wheel. Parts Washers and cleaning equipment from Crest, Walsh, Magnum, Kleentec, Kleerflo, Ajamatic. These are a sample of the different Mass Finishing manufacturing companies we have experience with in our job shop currently. There are others we work with as well and will do so to find the correct equipment, the right chemicals and medias to do the job you want.
Used equipment is available all the time. If we do not have the used equipment you are looking for in our inventory, we will find it and bring it to our shop, service the unit and or customize it to your requirements.
